Founder & CEO
Starting in the 1980’s, Ray was the 1st ever Chinese real estate professional in Sydney. Since then, Ray has built an empire spanning across property development, tourism & hospitality, property agency and entertainment. For decades, Ray has held multiple record prices in Sydney property market.
Ray is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese.
David Jin
Sales Director
David began his real estate career in China, Shaanxi province where he was the sales director of a China’s top 10 property developer responsible for selling more than 1 billion RMB of luxury houses and villas. It was David’s professionalism and personable approach that won him a network of high net worth buyers and sellers across Australia and Asia. At Henson Properties, David heads up the sales and rental department, delivering superior services to local and international clients.
David is fluent in English, Mandarin and Thai.
Morgan Mo
Senior Property Manager
A great critical thinker that has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Morgan specialises in property management; rentals. He is experienced with the ups and downs of the market and covers the city residential area.
Morgan is fluent in English, mandarin and Cantonese.
